Karatedo Kata
Kyohan: Shitei Kata was created by the Japan Karatedo Federation to
help students of karatedo gain a greated understanding of the kata. Each kata
is shown in painstaking detail, demonstrated by senior teachers of the Japan Karatedo
Federation, including Yoshiki Abe, Yuji Hashiguchi, Yukimitsu Hasegawa, and Toshiaki
Maeda. Each picture is accompanied by English and Japanese descriptions explaining
the precise movements invloved. The kata covered are Seipai, Saifa, Jion, Kanku(dai),
